Clinical Pilates is a series of mat based exercises which have been adapted by Physiotherapists. Exercises have been specifically designed to facilitate recovery from injury or ongoing back pain. Many find this a useful form of exercise when returning to their normal hobbies/sports after an acute pain episode or after long term problems. By completing Pilates exercises regularly, posture, strength and flexibility can improve.
All our treatment sessions are 45 minutes – that’s 15 minutes longer than a typical Physiotherapy session. Longer treatment times help us to listen to you, creating individualised solutions for your health. A clear diagnosis and looking at the whole picture means you get better faster.
