Sinéad Hughes (nee Boyle), originally from Derry, graduated from Physiotherapy in 2013 from Manchester and completed core rotations in the NHS before moving back to Ireland.
She started her Pilates training in 2013 which led to her interest in the overlap between musculoskeletal and pelvic health rehab. She currently works as a Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and has published research in this sub specialist area.
She completed her Advancing Practice PgDip through Ulster University in 2023 after obtaining her specialist post graduate certificate from University of Bradford. She is a member of POGP, ISCP and CORU.
Sinéad enjoys GAA and is now a member of the Cuchulainn Cycling Club, Dundalk.
